- Happy Keith Review added: 2018.08.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Having enjoyed a mutually successful hire in March 2017 I asked to similarly replicate the conditions of returning out-of-hours again. However, I was brusquely TOLD that '...we don't do that and have not done so for at least five years...' by a very rude and aggressively confrontational 'manager' Mr Nicky Kassam - whose arrogance was most definitely wrong. His customer handling and negotiation manner is atrocious, which has significantly spoiled my regard for this hitherto customer-centric branch until further notice. Thankfully, other places serve better : )
